When we connect to the Light of All that is we cant help but feel joy at out centre.

In turn, following meditation, when we have filled our hearts with Joy and found our centre, Joy and Light will radiate out from us. What a gift that is to the world.

Joy fills my Heart  represents that feeling of joyful bliss we feel experience during meditation (or prayer), and connecting to the light.
